Privacy notice
How inspection-request information is used, protected, retained, corrected, and deleted.
Information you submit
When you use an online request form, your name, chosen contact details, location when requested, vehicle details, damage description, message, and consent acknowledgment are stored so Peak Country can respond and handle the request. Do not include payment information or sensitive documents.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, discuss possible inspection or repair steps, and maintain appropriate business records. It is not sold, and submitting a request is not a marketing signup, repair authorization, or charge. Photos are not uploaded through the initial request workflow.
Service providers and form protection
The forms use Cloudflare hosting, D1 storage, Turnstile spam protection, and email notification services to receive, protect, store, and route requests. Required consent remains part of each submission.
How long records are retained
Lead or inquiry information that does not result in a repair customer relationship is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. After that it is deleted unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for a legitimate business, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-related reason. If a request results in a completed repair or customer relationship, relevant repair and customer records may be retained for up to seven years after the completed repair when reasonably necessary for accounting, warranty administration, insurance or repair documentation, business records, disputes, or legal obligations.
Privacy questions and requests
