What is a Free Initial Assessment?
A Free Initial Assessment is the first no-obligation conversation about the vehicle, visible damage, photos when useful, and the most appropriate next step. It does not automatically include a physical panel-by-panel hail inspection or written estimate.
There is no charge, obligation, repair authorization, or automatic checkout for submitting a request, sending photos, speaking with Peak Country, or requesting an assessment.
For minor or localized damage, verbal guidance or a price range may be available when it can reasonably be evaluated. A Free Initial Assessment does not automatically become a formal written estimate, insurance estimate, itemized repair document, detailed hail inspection, or guaranteed final price.
What is a professional hail inspection?
A professional hail inspection is a direct review of a clean vehicle under appropriate PDR lighting, with panels checked for dent patterns, paint condition, repairability, access, and possible disassembly needs. It is a separate next step when the initial conversation indicates that closer evaluation is appropriate.
Hail damage can be difficult to see and may require panel-by-panel inspection and dent counts. The initial assessment helps determine the apparent extent of the damage and what type of evaluation is appropriate next.

Some repairs require formal repair planning, technical research, or written documentation. Those professional services are explained with their price before anything paid begins.
